Welcome to Anzca Education! By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Anzca Education provides immigration advice and services through a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) for Australia and a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) for Canada.

3. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

4. Any discussion between case specialists, consultant assistants, or anyone other than an immigration consultant shall be considered unofficial and will not be regarded as immigration advice.

5. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Anzca Education makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of immigration applications. Each case is unique and subject to various factors.

6. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to Anzca Education. We are not liable for any delays or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.

7. All fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payments are due as specified in the agreement. Fees shall be calculated at the rate of AUD $300.00 per hour, which includes discussions (phone calls or any other mode) between consultants, case specialists, and other company representatives with the client.

8. The Client acknowledges that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the government and not the consultant. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that fees are not refundable in the event of an application refusal. If, however, the consultant or professional staff do not complete the tasks, the consultant will refund part or all of the professional fees collected. The Client agrees that the fees paid are for the services signed up for and any refund is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid. Unused fees will be refunded within 14 to 28 days, in accordance with Client Account Regulation and Service Agreement Regulation, in a mutually agreed manner.

9. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

10.Anzca Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
11. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
